Lesson Structure

Allegro lessons are conducted in one-on-one 30-minute lessons focused on our students' unique musical styles. We ensure that our students enjoy their lessons and by providing a stress-free environment.

We offer the opportunity to enter Eisteddfods or do UNISA, Trinity College or Royal Schools Exams, but these are not compulsory. The only goal is for our students to enjoy music to the fullest!

The Allegro Method emphasizes enjoyable practice, ensemble playing, and gradual skill-building, ensuring you find joy in every lesson. With personalized attention and a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll quickly gain confidence and proficiency on this delightful instrument.

In addition to individual lessons, we offer group classes and ukulele ensembles, where you can play alongside fellow students and enjoy the camaraderie of making music together. Allegro provides a range of resources, including songbooks and online tutorials, to support your practice at home. Our regular ukulele jams and community performances offer fun and informal opportunities to showcase your skills.
